A private notes app with no login required

Most notes apps ask for an email and password before you can write a single word. SyncNote doesn't. Open it and start typing — your notes are saved to your device instantly, with no account and no sign-up.

What "no login" actually means

With SyncNote you can write, organize, and search notes without ever creating an account. Your notes live locally on your device, so there's nothing to log into and no profile to set up. You stay anonymous by default.

Sync devices without an email account

When you want the same note on two devices, you pair them once with a 6-digit code — not an email address. Only the notes you choose to share are synced between paired devices.

1. Write with no sign-up

   Open SyncNote on your phone or computer and start typing. Nothing to register.

2. Pair with a code

   Generate a 6-digit code on one device and enter it on the other to connect them.

3. Share only what you want

   Shared notes appear on both devices; everything else stays private to one device.

When is sign-in optional?

Sign-in is never required to write or to pair devices. A Google sign-in is optional and only used if you choose to turn on encrypted cloud backup, so your notes can be restored on a new device. You can ignore it entirely and still use every core feature.

Private by default

SyncNote has no ads and no trackers. Notes stay on your device unless you turn on sync or backup. Sensitive notes can go in the on-device private vault, and you can read exactly what is uploaded on our security page.
